Privacy Policy
FREE100 METHOD, provided by Rosy Inspira, supports personal reflection and offers optional family sharing. This policy explains how information is handled in version 1..1
1. Personal use and local storage
Personal statements, reminders, settings, and unshared check-in answers remain stored on your device. You do not need to enter an email address or password to use the app’s family connection feature.
2. Family connection and information collected
When you create or join a family group, the service stores your display name, an assigned user identifier, group membership, and invitation information. These records allow the app to connect group members and associate shared information with its sender.
When you enable practice and day-completion sharing, the service stores the progress updates you share.
Check-in answers are uploaded when you enable “Share this check-in with my family” before saving. These answers may include feelings, substance-use urges, contributing factors, and a chosen next step.
Messages you send within Family are also stored, together with the associated user and group identifiers and timestamps.
3. How information is used and shared
This information is used to provide family connection, synchronization, and messaging. Shared information is visible to members of your group. Invite only people you trust and keep invitation codes private.
Supabase provides the backend infrastructure used to process and store family-service information. Rosy Inspira may access server-stored records when necessary to operate the service, resolve support requests, or handle deletion requests.
Shared information is not sold or used for targeted advertising or cross-app advertising tracking.
4. Sharing choices and deletion
Family sharing is optional. Turning off practice and day-completion sharing stops new updates through that setting. It does not remove previously shared records.
Deleting local check-in history does not delete shared copies. Use “Delete from group” in Family to remove shared records through the available controls.
Leaving a group or signing out does not automatically delete previously shared information.
Server-stored information is retained to provide the family service unless removed.
To request access, correction, or deletion of your family-service information or associated user record, contact rosydrath@hotmail.com. Include enough information to identify your group and display name. Do not send passwords or private check-in answers.
5. Educational purpose
FREE100 METHOD is a wellness and educational support tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
